HR
Free HR for Thai companies, from leave to reviews
Panya's HR is free and works with its payroll. It keeps departments, positions and each employee's record; leave as the Labour Protection Act gives it, as amended by No. 9 B.E. 2568 (maternity leave of 120 days, 60 of them paid by the employer); clock-ins from a time clock's file or the employee's phone; and overtime with the employee's consent, within 36 hours a week, paid at the Act's rates. Recruiting, performance reviews and employee self-service are included.
- Leave under the Act as amended in 2568
- Clock-ins from a time clock or a phone
- Overtime within 36 hours a week
- Self-service free for every employee
Everything HR keeps, by the Labour Protection Act
Leave as the Act gives it
The Act's leave types come set up with their days and the employer's pay. You may give more, never less. HR or the employee's manager approves requests, with a leave calendar and balances.
In the manual → Leave as the Act gives itHolidays, announced once
Fill the year from the government's holidays and announce at least 13, National Labour Day included. An announced year is locked, and the substitute day off is worked out for each schedule.
In the manual → Holidays, announced onceShifts and schedules
Shifts, weekly holidays and one-day shift changes, within the Act's limits: at most 9 working hours a day and 48 a week, and 7 and 42 on hazardous work.
In the manual → Shifts and schedulesAttendance
Import the time clock's file or let employees clock in from their phones. Lateness, leaving early and absence are reported, three working days absent in a row are flagged, and lateness is never deducted from pay.
In the manual → AttendanceOvertime the Act's way
Each request records the employee's consent beforehand. Approval is refused past 36 hours a week or for an employee under 18, and the time is split into overtime (1.5×), holiday work (1× or 2×) and holiday overtime (3×) for payroll.
In the manual → Overtime the Act's wayRecruiting
Job openings, candidates, interviews with scorecards, offers, and hiring into an HR record. Panya warns when an opening asks for a sex or an age, and deletes an unsuccessful candidate's data when the period in your notice ends.
In the manual → RecruitingPerformance reviews
Templates and cycles, goals, the employee's self-assessment, the manager's and peers' assessments, HR's final rating and the employee's acknowledgement. A raise or bonus is only recommended; payroll decides.
In the manual → Performance reviewsEmployee self-service
Employees see their payslips and 50 ทวิ, ask for leave, answer overtime requests and clock in from their phones; managers see their team. Free and unlimited: self-service accounts are not users.

Questions, answered
Is Panya's HR free?
Yes. HR is part of Panya Cloud's free accounting, with payroll, and no plan gates it. Employee self-service is free and unlimited.
Does it follow the Labour Protection Act amendment of 2568?
Yes. The leave types follow the Act as amended by No. 9 B.E. 2568, in force from 7 December 2568: maternity leave of up to 120 days with 60 paid by the employer, 15 days to support a spouse who gives birth, and 15 days of continued childcare leave at half pay.
Can employees clock in from their phones?
Yes, in self-service, when HR turns it on. Panya records its own time and the internet address, can limit clocking to the workplace's network, and takes no location from the phone.
Does Panya deduct pay for lateness?
No. Late and early minutes are reported, on the attendance and on the payroll line, but never deducted: the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare's opinions differ on whether an employer may.
Can HR staff see salaries?
Not in HR: nothing in the HR menu shows a salary. Pay stays in Payroll, which only owners, admins and accountants can open.
